Rhea County: We have farms in the valley near Spring City. They are planted in soybeans and green beans.

Cumberland, Bledsoe: Hardwood, along with some 2-3 year old thickets and winter creeks. There are roads and ATV trails on the property. On piece has a small area of clear-cut and the rest is hardwoods.

Perry:  Located 4 miles east of the Tennessee River and just south of I-40 in the north end of the county this 700 acrea property is clear-cut.

Grundy, Warren: We have multiple pieces in these counties. One piece has a 30-acre pond that members can fish. Pieces are mostly hardwoods with some nice fields.

Cannon: Located near the town of Woodbury, there is a stream that runs through the property. This is a very steep piece.
